Easy Egg Cups

Ingredients:

6 strips of bacon

6 eggs

6 pieces of ham, cut into the size of the muffin tin bottom

Shredded Cheese

Salt and Pepper

  1. Spray 6 muffin tins with canola oil spray and line the tins with bacon. Heat oven to 400 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Add the ham to the bottom of each tin then crack eggs into the muffin tins and bake for another 5-10 minutes or until whites are set and yolks are runny.

  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top along with salt and pepper and enjoy!
