Mini Carrot Cake treat
My bunny always loves this carrot cake!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon parsley leaves
1 romaine lettuce leaf
1 1/2 teaspoons water
4 tablespoons shredded carrot
1/4 cup overripe banana
Instructions:
Blend oats, parsley, romaine lettuce, water, and 3 tablespoons carrot.
Put mixture into round cookie cutter that’s placed on a small baking sheet covered in parchment paper and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Mash banana and spread on top. Sprinkle with remaining shredded carrot.
