Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:

2 salmon filets

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil or vegetable oil spray

  1. Grease a griddle or pan. Season each filet with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 of a teaspoon pepper, and 1/4 a teaspoon paprika evenly on both sides.

  2. Cook one side on medium-low heat for 6-8 minutes then flip and cook for another 6-8 minutes until a slight golden crisp appears on top or when a corner is broken off and it’s cooked evenly with no dark pink in the middle.
